A Slack integrated recognition Venue

With the help of my code savvy colleague, we set forth experimenting with ways to spread our team's recognition system to encompass our other offices.  By integrating with Slack, we were able to make recognizing a fellow associate as easy as dropping a backslash into the conversation.  Tag someone with /uphigh and the system pulls that comment into a feed full of positive shout-outs which displays on monitors around the office.  With little effort, team members can express their appreciation in a highly visible way.
